ERM CONDUIT, ERFE AND ACCESSORIES

Tubo ERM ERFE acessorios
Information

ERM and ERFE conduit (with and without guide) with strong resistance to mechanical shocks.

In an electrical or telecommunications installation, cables must never be left exposed. Electrical conduit acts as the first and main line of defense for conductors, protecting them against crushing, mechanical impacts, humidity, dust, and even rodents. Whether for a surface-mounted installation in a garage, recessed in masonry chases, or concealed in suspended ceilings, the choice of the correct conduit determines the longevity and safety of the entire infrastructure.

At JSL – Material Eléctrico, we produce conduit systems for every type of environment, ensuring that the installer finds solutions that are easy to bend, cut, and install without ever compromising mechanical resistance.

Conduit Ranges for Every On-Site Challenge

Our range of conduits and accessories is divided into specific families, designed to meet the different standards and levels of demand of your project:

  • Rigid PVC Conduit (VD and VD ECO): The classic smooth PVC conduit is the top choice for clean and aligned surface installations, or for recessing in walls. Our traditional range offers superior resistance, while the VD ECO line presents a more optimized and sustainable alternative, maintaining the essential mechanical integrity for everyday cable protection.

  • Halogen-Free Conduits (Rigid and Corrugated Flexible): In locations open to the public (such as hospitals, schools, shopping centers) or in evacuation routes, fire safety standards are stringent. Our Halogen-Free (HF) conduits do not propagate flames and, above all, do not emit opaque smoke or toxic gases in the event of a fire. They are available in rigid smooth format or in corrugated flexible versions, ideal for navigating obstacles and passing through hard-to-reach areas.

  • Jotagris Flexible Conduits (ERM and ERFE): Designed for industry and applications requiring high flexibility combined with reinforced mechanical protection. These flexible conduits are perfect for connecting motors, industrial machines, or electrical panels subject to vibrations, where a rigid conduit would not be viable.

  • Essential Accessories: A conduit circuit is only complete and protected if its junctions are perfect. We offer all the bends, couplers (sleeves), tees, and cable glands corresponding to each conduit line (including HF versions). These accessories guarantee the continuity of insulation and the protection rating (IP) along the entire wiring route.

Easy Cable Pulling and Installation

We know that friction during cable pulling is one of the biggest time wasters for electricians. JSL conduits are developed with optimized internal walls to reduce friction, facilitating the passage of the draw wire and conductors, even on longer runs or those with multiple bends.

Explore the different conduit ranges and components presented in the subcategories above. Select the right diameter, flexibility, and material to ensure your electrical infrastructure is fully protected and in total compliance with regulations.
