FUSION Series – Self-Sealing IP65 Boxes

The FUSION series represents a modern approach to on-site watertightness. These junction boxes incorporate flexible TPU membranes directly integrated into the box structure, which adapt and automatically seal around the cable or conduit at the moment of insertion, without the need for cable glands, plugs, or any additional accessories. The result is a faster installation, with no loose parts on-site, and IP65 protection guaranteed from the factory. Recommended for outdoor installations, civil construction, and infrastructure where speed of assembly is decisive.

BOXLINE Series – Versatility for Every Type of Entry

The BOXLINE range is JSL’s benchmark line of IP66 watertight boxes for general use, available in multiple cable entry configurations to suit every installation context:

• BOXLINE (Smooth Walls or Nozzles): Smooth-wall boxes, or with stepped nozzles prepared for mounting cable glands or insulating grommets. The preferred solution when maximum flexibility in entry positioning and precision in final sealing are required.
• BOXLINE MARK – Concentric Knockout Entries: New design with concentric marked entries for easy opening (knockout). Eliminates the need for drilling, speeding up work on-site without compromising the IP66 rating.
• BOXLINE KOMBO – Mixed Entries: Combines concentric knockout entries with stepped nozzles, offering maximum flexibility in a single box.
• BOXLINE PUSH – Pre-Cut Entries: Quick installation solution for exclusive indoor use, in locations without special sealing requirements.
• BOXLINE High Lid (154×204×127 mm): Higher volume and greater internal depth/capacity version, designed to house modular distributors, terminal strips, distribution blocks, and larger-scale protection circuits.

FE Series — Junction Boxes

The FE Classic series provides watertight junction boxes rated IP54 / IK07, manufactured from halogen-free and phosphorus-free thermoplastic material, self-extinguishing, with glow-wire resistance available in three classes: M0 (960°C), M2 (850°C), and M3 (750°C). The entire range holds DEKRA KEMA KEUR certification. Entries are concentric knockouts, compatible with the Hole Key Puncher tool for quick and clean opening on-site. Available in models FE7, FE12, FE15, and FE25, in white, grey, and cream.

200, 300, and 600 Series – Boxes with Metric Cable Gland Entries

For installations requiring pre-defined entries with metric or PG dimensions for mounting equivalent cable glands, JSL offers the 200, 300, and 600 series. Each series covers different sizes and capacities, allowing the installer to select the exact box based on the number of cables, conductor diameter, and the environmental conditions of the project.

Cable Glands, Plugs, and Nozzles – Sealing at the Entries

Cable glands are indispensable accessories for smooth-wall boxes. They serve a dual function: they mechanically secure the cable, preventing it from being pulled out, and they seal the entry in a watertight manner against water and dust infiltration. JSL offers cable glands and nuts in PG and metric threads, as well as PG plugs, metric nozzles, and threaded nozzles with nut for blanking unused entries — ensuring the IP rating is maintained across the entire box.

Connectors – Electrical Continuity Inside the Box

Inside the junction box, connectors, available in quick-connect or screw-tightening versions, ensure the electrical continuity of conductors in an organized and safe manner, eliminating loose contacts that could cause hot spots or short circuits. BOXLINE accessories also include terminal strips and quick connectors specifically developed for integration with the range.

Durability and Long-Term Resistance

Manufactured from high-quality thermoplastic materials, JSL watertight boxes offer excellent UV resistance and do not dry out or lose their insulating properties with prolonged sun exposure. Entirely manufactured from halogen-free and phosphorus-free material, they additionally ensure compliance with gas emission standards in the event of fire.
