JSL floor boxes for switches and sockets are the perfect solution for technical floors and compact cement floors.
FLOOR BOXES FOR 45X45 SWITCHES AND SOCKETS AN INDISPENSABLE ELEMENT IN THE RANGE OF JSL WORK STATIONS
We offer 2 models:

8 modules (ref:745-8)
It is possible to choose between models with and without a top cover galvanized steel plate.
We also have an adjustable shape for cement, compatible with both models.
Made of halogen-free material and in accordance with the standards:
EN 60670-1 – EN 50085-1 – EN 50085-2-2

Designed to be applied to different types of floors: Technical floor, raised floor, cement and solid floor
Possibility of installation in cement using Shape-Base CFR748
Made with thermoplastic material, with protection grade IK09 and IP4x and fixed to the substrate by screws and clamps.
INSTALLATION OF MODULAR COUPLERS FOR SWITCHES AND SOCKETS
Removable modular interior modules:
For housing up to 2x 45×45 type sockets, or 1x double 45 x 90 socket
These modular couplers allow installation of sockets (2 per modular coupler) allowing a total installation per floor box of:
4 sockets 45 x 45 on the floor box Ref. 745-4
8 sockets 45 x 45 on the floor box Ref. 745-8
Can be mounted indistinctly and rotated by 180° in order to adapt the cable outlet according to the needs of the installation site.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The interior removable coupling modules have pre-cuts in order to receive:
2 wires up to 13 mm | Ring tube 16 mm | Ring tube 20 mm
GALVANIZED STEEL METAL PLATE
Galvanized Steel Metal plate:
4 sockets 45 x 45 on the floor box Ref. 745-4
8 sockets 45 x 45 on the floor box Ref. 745-8
Plates with anti-corrosion characteristics and with added protection in case of high loads and weights.
Resistance to vertical load applied on a small surface: 750N, on a large surface: 5000N
(This metal plate can be screwed to the plastic cover )
