Objectives, activities and expected / achieved results:
Total turnover – achieve a turnover estimated by the project for 2021;
International Turnover – Increase according to the percentual targets foreseen in 2021;
Diversification of International Markets – obtain international sales by 2021, in the countries foreseen;
New International Markets – obtain an increase in international sales until 2021 (percentage defined by new countries) compared to 2017;
Increase sales to potential markets with current low turnover
EBITDA/Volume de Negócios – oobtain a percentage ratio expected at the end of 2021.
Notoriety– estar be present at 3 important international fairs for the sector until the end of 2020:
Digital Economy– execute the Digital Action Plan defined by the end of 2020;
Media and Productive Technology – make investments in productive means, in order to increase the current productive capacity;
Productive Innovation – intensify the internal R&D activity, in order to continue developing new products every year.
