SUPER-T – The Ultimate Saddle!

SADDLES WITH MICRO ADJUSTMENT
Super-T saddles have a built-in micro-adjustment slider that features 10 different micro-steps, allowing the installer to adjust the saddle for any deviations.
The fact that the saddle base is allowed to bend a few millimeters causes opposite forces in the joint areas, when the saddle is being installed/fixed, the flaps “bite” the saddle base even more, adding an extra amount of pressure to the saddle.
The PSTB-4, PSTB-7, ST-CLIP and ST-BASE are also fitted to receive cable ties with its built-in slot, more specifically the cable tie 467.

SADDLES WITH FIXED CENTRAL ALIGNMENT
The Super-T saddles also make it possible to fasten at a single point with fixed central alignment. In the case of isolated plaster wall installations, the PST-7 is better and more suitable. With its longest measure, it can easily penetrate the three layers to obtain a permanent adhesion on the last layer.
PST-5 and PST-7 fast dowels are also suitable for the installation/fixing of the Boxline series in concrete. With this fast dowels it is possible to avoid the use of metal screws.

CLIP AND LOCK COVER
This clip and lock cover, can guarantee the non-removal of the conduits when the installation is reachable by hand.
The covers have different sizes according to the saddle they are intended for, so for the ST-40, ST-32, ST-25, ST-20, ST-16, the corresponding covers have the following references, STC-40, STC-32, STC-25, STC-20 and STC-16.
When the pipes or cables are pulled, the sides of the saddle exert pressure on the cover by locking it and preventing its removal by holding the installation firmly in place.

The Super-T Range are also retro stackable, meaning they can be paired with the previous JSL saddle series
ST-CLIP
The ST-Clip is the most cost-effective solution for the fixing cables or tubes onto metal plates, or cable trays. The clip can be used on metal plate profiles with measures ranging from 0.6 up to 1.2 mm.
The clip is also composed by a small triangular shaped retractable harpoon, that after entering the hole will snap back to its original position, securing the clip onto the cable tray.
Extra Clipping Grip
As already mentioned, and the similarity of the clamps, when installing the ST-CLIP, the base flexes a few millimeters, and since this curvature causes opposing forces in the clipping areas of the base, the tension created adds an extra amount of pressure to the clipping base reaffirming the robustness of the installation in general.
ST-BASE
JSL offers yet another solution for the fixing of cables or conduits using only a small thin plastic base. The ST Base is intended to be used with nail glue, and can be glued on to almost any surface allowing a very cost-effective versatile installation.
A ST-BASE possui um deslizador de micro-ajuste incorporado que conta com 10 micro-passos diferentes, permitindo ao instalador ajustar a abraçadeira para eventuais desvios.
ST-BASE it’s installed by applying nail glue and letting it sit for at least 24 hours before securing any cable tie or any saddle on to it.
The small plastic base is made of small cylinder crevices to ensure that the nail glue has sufficient area adhesion to ensure a long-lasting grip onto any type of surface.
